30 Amp Back-in

These are standard, gravel pad sites with 30 amp electric connections and full hookup. Electricity is additional.

30 Amp Pull-Thru

These pull through sites are mostly used for nightly guests, but seasonal guests can book these during non-peak seasons.

30/50 Amp Back-in Sites

There are 10 newly constructed 30/50 amp back-in sites that have a concrete pad and back up to a green space.

Monthly reservations require a few additional steps.

Reservations for long term RV sites are vetted by park staff and cannot be booked online. This helps us ensure that the park guests and guests’ property meet our requirements.

Application Process for long term Reservations:

Guest contacts the park office to receive an application
Guest returns the completed application, $25 application fee, and pictures of their RV to the park staff
Park staff performs a background check and notifies guest of approval status
Guest provides a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold their site
Guest signs a Site Service Agreement prior to date of check-in

Monthly Guidelines

Application

All guests must be included on the application

Monthly Rent

$5/day late fees are automatically charged to the guest bill (after a 3 day grace period)
Guests can pay in person via check, cash or credit card (no additional processing fee)
Guests can also pay online or over the phone via credit card (no additional processing fee)

Pets

Two pets are allowed per site. Additional pets will need approval from park staff.
Pets must be disclosed to the park staff. Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
